Description
The CWCOT (Claims Without Conveyance Of Title) program allows buyers to purchase homes through traditional public foreclosure sales and also through online auction marketplaces. This application is intended to manage portfolios, mainly foreclosures. The tool offers a dashboard where the user can easily find some informative data about the targeted properties. Each property status can be consulted and modified, and some forecast information can be retrieved, helping the investor to make decisions. This app was developed with the low-code platform Mendix, and Sketch was the visual design tool I utilized.
