Project: Premium Title Services

Description

Premium Title offers nationwide title and settlement solutions that facilitate efficient closures for home purchases and loans, benefiting both lenders and homeowners. The application empowers users to proficiently manage property-related documents, including titles, buyer screenings, appraisals, inspection reports, buyer deposits, and more.

Our objective was to provide users with immediate access to comprehensive property information essential for initiating, progressing, and concluding transactions. To achieve this, we introduced a specialized feature: a dynamic timeline component. This innovative vertical tab system enhances user experience by allowing seamless navigation through various sections, each containing pertinent content. This timeline adapts automatically, ensuring relevant information stays visible and prioritized. Additionally, our alert system ensures users stay informed about upcoming steps.

Central to our design philosophy is creating an intuitive, accessible, and visually organized platform. We incorporated color-coded sections within the timeline to indicate the sequence and urgency of actions. This attention to detail enhances user engagement and efficiency throughout their interaction with the application.

My Hats

UX Research, UX Design, UI Design

  • Wireframing

Wireframing is a foundational step in the design process, where the blueprint of a digital product takes shape. It involves creating simplified, visual representations of a user interface, highlighting layout, structure, and content placement.

Wireframes served us as a crucial communication tool, allowing all the staff involved in the project to align their vision early on. By focusing on functionality rather than aesthetics, wireframes provided a clear framework for user interactions and navigation.

This essential phase empowered the team to iterate rapidly, refine concepts, and ensure a user-centric design before delving into high-fidelity details.

    These are some examples.

  • Interaction Design

Interaction design is the art and science of crafting meaningful and engaging user experiences within digital products and services. It focuses on how users interact with interfaces, aiming to create intuitive and seamless interactions that guide users towards their goals. Through the thoughtful arrangement of elements, animations, feedback mechanisms, and navigation, interaction design enhances usability and cultivates a positive emotional connection between users and technology.

Within Premium Title, my involvement encompassed the entire spectrum of interaction design for the application. This ranged from defining fundamental component behavior to establishing comprehensive design and functional patterns that underpin the user experience.

A vast majority, if not all, of the tool's facets were characterized through the lens of human-computer interaction. The one below stands as merely one illustration of component behavior.

  • Visual Design

Through the fusion of creativity with a profound grasp of user psychology and design principles, we cultivated a deep emotional connection between users and our product, as well as our brand. In addition to meticulously crafting pixel-perfect mockups, I led the creation and maintenance of the UI kit.
