Project: Small Business Lending Data Visualization Tool
Description
This comprehensive dashboard-based product was built to analize SBL metrics, like the online applications: how many were received, how many out of those were appoved, and how many customers were finally booked. The tool, through its several sections displayed in different tabs, reports on other measurements too, like the response channel and also various direct-marketing variables. Every section was ideated to provide the user with an at-a-glance view of the performance of this particular customer segment and furthermore with additional tables where more detailed data could be pored over.
